摘要:菊花,多年生菊科草本植物,其花瓣呈舌状或筒状。在中国有三千多年的栽培历史,是中国十大名花之一。菊花含有水苏碱、木樨草甙、大波斯菊甙、腺膘呤、胆碱、葡萄糖甙等成分,尤其富含挥发油,并且油中主要为菊酮、龙脑、龙脑己酸酯等物质。普遍具有散风热、平肝明目、消渴止痛的功效,用于治疗头痛眩晕、风热感冒、咳嗽等病状效果显著,还具有提神醒脑的功效。但将菊花提取物应用于卷烟加料加香的报道很少。因此,本课题主要研究菊花提取物在卷烟加料加香中的应用,根据对实验给定的空白烟的评析结果,选择合适香型的加料香精和表香香精,并添加适量的菊花提取物,经过反复评吸和修改配方来改善卷烟吃和香气,使得加料加香后的样品卷烟烟气柔和适口、刺激性小、杂气减少、余干净舒适,整体烟香协调。最后,评价菊花提取物对卷烟香气及觉的影响,并总结菊花提取物在卷烟中应用效果。32230 毕业论文关键词: 菊花提取物;烟草;卷烟加料加香

Experiment according to the given blank cigarette smoking as a result,the appropriate choice of monomers spices, modulate compound feed essence and table, And add the right amount of chrysanthemum extract, after repeated smoking cigarettes and modify the formulas to improve taste and aroma,make the samples after charging flavored cigarettes smoke perfectly soft, excitant small, mixed gas decrease, the finish is clean and comfortable, incense smoke to coordinate as a whole. Finally,evaluate the influence of Chrysanthemum extracts for aroma and taste of cigarette, and draw a conclusion of the application effect of Chrysanthemum extracts in cigarette.
