摘要:小麦白粉病是小麦的一种重要病害,本研究拟通过寻找新寄主来研究其感病机理,获得感病相关的重要基因。对茄科植物、禾本科植物、豆科植物和十字花科植物等19种不同科属的植物,接种小麦白粉菌后,对其侵染情况进行分析,并利用DAB和台盼蓝染色的方法进行显微观察,结果表明大多数植物对小麦白粉菌表现出了不同的抗性反应,其中禾本科的冰草表现为感病,由此推测冰草可能是小麦白粉菌的一个新的寄主。38123 毕业论文关键词:小麦白粉病;寄主;小麦白粉菌;冰草
Wheat powdery mildew host analysis
Abstract: Wheat powdery mildew is an important disease of wheat, and this research intends to find new hosts to study its susceptible mechanism, accordingly acquire vital genes. 19 species of different genera of plants, such as Solanaceae, Gramineae, Leguminosae and Cruciferae plants, were selected as candidate hosts to inoculate Blumeria graminis f. sf. tritici. DAB and trypan blue staining method was used to analyze microscopic structure, and at the same time the macroscopic phenotype was also analyzed. The results showed that most plants displayed different resistance to B. graminis f. sf. tritici, meanwhile wheatgrass was susceptible to the fungus, and we speculated that wheatgrass may be a new host of wheat powdery mildew.
