摘要:本文以玉米干秸秆为实验材料。把玉米秸秆切碎,然后把切碎后的秸秆加水湿润,添加落日黄素,装入试剂瓶并密封,保持厌氧环境,在保温箱的37℃的温度下发酵15天,研究落日黄色素对发酵后玉米秸秆的品质影响。结果显示,在该条件下,发酵后的产物颜色为淡黄色,气具有淡淡的香气,质地柔软,感官评价较好;蛋白质含量提高,提高了3.5%~4.5%;有机酸含量也显著升高。以上的结果表明:在一定的条件下,落日黄色素对发酵后秸秆的品质有所提高。40468 毕业论文关键词:玉米干秸秆;落日黄色素;蛋白质;品质
Effect of yellow pigment on the quality of straw after fermentation
Abstract: The dry maize straw was used as the experimental material. the maize straw was cut and soaked with water, then added the yellow pigment, sealed , and kept, fermented for 15 days to study the effect of yellow pigment on the quality of maize straw on the condition of 37 ℃ and anaerobic environment. Results showed that the color of the product after fermentation is bright and green, odour of it was pleasure , the straw texture was soft, sensory evaluation was well. protein content was increased by 3.5%-4.5%,organic acid contentwas also increased significantly on the above condition. It was infered that the quality of straw could be improved by the yellow pigment after fermentation.
