摘要:以“周麦18”小麦种子作为材料,使用水培法,探究不同浓度(10mg/kg、20mg/kg、40mg/kg、60mg/kg、80mg/kg、100mg/kg)的四环素对小麦幼苗的叶绿素含量,过氧化物酶活力,过氧化氢酶活力,丙二醛含量,多酚氧化酶活力的影响。结果表明,四环素对小麦幼苗具有毒害作用,能显著抑制小麦幼苗的生长。108cfu/ml复合菌剂显著提高四环素胁迫下小麦幼苗的生长指标:株高、根长、干重、湿重和叶绿素的含量、净光合速率。复合菌剂能激活小麦幼苗的抗氧化酶活性,提高小麦幼苗的过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活力,降低丙二醛含量,降低膜脂过氧化伤害程度,从而缓解四环素胁迫对小麦生长的影响,以促进幼苗生长。39414 毕业论文关键词:小麦幼苗;四环素胁迫;水培体系;复合菌剂;缓解效应
Effects of Compound Bacteria on the Growth of Wheat Seedlings Under Tetracycline Stress
Abstract: Using the “zhoumai18” wheat seeds as material, the effect of compound bacterial on the chlorophyll, malonaldehyde, catalase, peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase of the wheat seedlings under the different concentrations of tetracycline coercion (10 mg/kg/, 20 mg/kg, 40 mg/kg, 60 mg/kg, 80 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg) was study by using hydroponic method. The results show that tetracycline could damage the growth of wheat seedlings. It could inhibit the growth of wheat seedlings. 108cfu/mL compound bacterial could enhance markedly the growth index of wheat seedlings under tetracycline stress, such as plant height, root length, dry weight, wet weight and chlorophyllit, photosynthetic rate. The compound bacteria could activate antioxidant enzyme activities of wheat seedlings, enhance peroxidase and catalase activities of wheat seedlings, decrease malonaldehyde concent, maintain the stability of plant cell membrane, and reduce the injuryn degree on membrane lipid peroxidation by tetracycline stress. Thus, compound bacterial alleviated the injury caused by achromycin stress on seeding growth.
