摘 要:以“花坛”康乃馨为研究对象,研究几种不同无机盐溶液对花坛香石竹切花寿命、切花花径、鲜重、水分平衡值、质膜通透率和花青素含量指标的影响。结果表明:CaCl2保鲜天数17d最好,CK和NH4AC保鲜8d最差。切花花径NaCl和CaCl2保鲜效果最好。鲜重NaCl一直文持在较平稳状态。水分平衡值也是以NaCl和CaCl2保鲜效果最好。质膜通透性都是呈上升趋势,但NaCl和ZnSO4上升最慢且平稳。花青素也以NaCl最为平稳。总而言之,CaCl2保鲜剂效果最好,NaCl效果次之,而ZnSO4保鲜剂和NH4AC保鲜剂效果不明显。关键词:康乃馨;切花;保鲜剂;无机盐

The results show that the CaCl2 preservation number 17 day best, ck and the worst NH4AC fresh 8 day.The flower diameter of cut NaCl and best CaCl2 preservation effect. Fresh weight NaCl remains in a stable state. Water balance values in NaCl and CaCl2 preservation effect is best. Plasma membrane permeability are on the rise, but the NaCl and ZnSO4 rise the slow and steady. Anthoc -yanins also with NaCl is most stable. In a nutshell, CaCl2 preservative effect is best, findings and the effect of NaCl and ZnSO4 preservatives and NH4AC preservative effect is not obvious.
