摘要:本次学位论文选用了废弃的农业副产物——食用菌废菌糠(平菇废菌糠和灵芝废菌糠)作为生物吸附剂,以原料棉籽壳、棉籽壳毛作为对照吸附剂,研究了四种吸附剂分别对四种典型染料(藏红T、孔雀石绿、亚甲基蓝、苋菜红)作为模拟染料废水的吸附效果,通过测定溶液的pH、吸附剂的投加量、染料的初始浓度、温度和时间这几种影响因素来探讨四种吸附剂分别对四种模拟染料废水的吸附性能。结果表明,原料棉籽壳和棉籽壳毛具有非常好的吸附效果,最大吸附率可达99%,在改变pH时,四种吸附剂对染料的吸附效果改变不大;随着吸附剂投加量增加时,吸附率也随之增加逐渐趋于平稳;随着染料的浓度不断增加时,吸附率逐渐下降;改变溶液温度时,吸附率随着温度的增加不断下降,并通过模拟拟合线性回归方程得出吸附剂对染料的吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,且相关系数接近于1;四种典型染料在棉籽壳、棉籽壳毛、平菇和灵芝两种废菌糠的吸附过程符合二级动力学模型,并计算了相应的吸附动力学参数。57492

Abstract: The dissertation selected agricultural waste byproducts--abandoned edible fungus chaff(Pleurotus ostreatus waste fungus chaff and Ganoderma lucidum waste fungus chaff) as the biological adsorbent,with raw cottonseed shell, cotton seed shell hair as control adsorbent,andstudy on four kinds of adsorbents respectively for four kinds of typical dyes (Malachitc green, Safranine T, Methylene blue and,Amaranth) as the adsorption effect of simulated dye wastewater, the factors on the determination of the solution pH, adsorbent dosage, initial dye concentration, temperature and time of these kinds of effect on four kinds of adsorbents were adsorption performance of four kinds of simulated dye wastewater. The results show that, the raw material of cottonseed shell and cotton seed hull hair with adsorption effect is very good, the maximum adsorption rate up to 99%, when pH is being changed, the adsorption effect of four kinds of adsorbents for dye changed little; with the adsorbent dosage is increased, the adsorption rate increases gradually tends to be steady with increasing dye concentration; when the adsorption rate, decreased; changing the temperature of the solution, the adsorption rate increases with the temperature decreasing, and the adsorption to dye accords with Langmuir isothermal adsorption model obtained by the simulation fitting equation of linear regression, and correlation coefficient close to 1; four kinds of typical dyes on cotton seed hull, cottonseed shell hair, Pleurotus ostreatus and Ganoderma lucidum two kinds of waste substrate adsorption process accorded with the two level dynamic model, the adsorption kinetics parameters and calculate the corresponding.
