We decorate the hydroxy onγ-aminoglutaric acid by the epoxy chloropropyl trietlyl environmently, and the epoxy chloropropyl ethyl epoxy open-loop will be linked on the hydroxy of γ-aminoglutaric acid and then the γ-aminoglutaric acid will with minus-electric charge instead of the positive electric charge it should be. We can get an a water-solubility organisms big molecule, which can be degraded, edible and non-poisonous for people and environment by changing its electric charge under the circumstance of keeping excellent quality of γ-aminoglutaric acid. Its application fields will be very expected.
