摘要采用旋转挂片法分三个阶段筛选4种具有缓蚀阻垢性能的配方。在配方30.68mg/L的ATMP,115mg/L的AA/AMPS和1.6mg/L的BTA的基础上,分别投加4.9mg/L的ZnSO4(ZH-II-Zn4.9),9.9mg/L的ZnSO4(ZH-II-Zn9.9),0.39mg/L的CuSO4(ZH-II-Cu0.4)和1.96mg/L的CuSO4(ZH-II-Cu2.0),得到四种新型缓蚀阻垢剂配方。四种配方对于A3碳钢的腐蚀率分别为0.0069,0.0168,0.0114和0.0074 mm/a,优于国家规范要求(≤0.075mm/a)。在加入有四种新型配方的水中藻类不能生长。对于黏泥菌的抗菌实验表明,抗菌性能分别为99.73%,99.83%,99.80%和99.91%。四种配方不仅显示了良好的缓蚀阻垢能力,而且具有优异的抗微生物滋生能力。68911

Title Development of the novel corrosion inhibitors with the anti-microbial capacity
Abstract
Four types of novel corrosion inhibitors were selected by rotatory hanging experiment. Besides of 30.68 mg/L of ATMP, 115 mg/L of AA/AMPS and 1.6 mg/L of BTA, four types of other chemicals were added, name as, 4.9mg/L of ZnSO4(ZH-II-Zn4.9),9.9mg/L of ZnSO4(ZH-II-Zn9.9),0.39mg/L of CuSO4(ZH-II-Cu0.4) and 1.96mg/L of CuSO4(ZH-II-Cu2.0), respectively. After the addition of the inhibitors, the corrosion rates on A3 steel are 0.0069,0.0168,0.0114 and 0.0074 mm/a, respectively, which are much better than the requirement of the State Criterion (≤0.075mm/a) . The algae cannot live in the water after the addition of the inhibitors. Anti-bacteria rates are 99.73%,99.83%,99.80% and 99.91%, respectively. In a word, the novel corrosion inhibitors showed not only the good inhibition performance, but also the excellent anti-microbial capacity.

第一章 绪论
在实际工业的冷却水系统,及其中央空调的换热系统中,水是换热介质。循环水在运行过程中,由于水中溶解的氧、有机物及无机物质的存在,会引起设备及管道的腐蚀、结垢及微生物滋生。同时由于运行过程中水的蒸发,溶解物的浓度逐渐增高,进一步加重了腐蚀及结垢危害的发生。因此需要针对微生物滋生及循环水系统的结垢、腐蚀引起的危害加以抑制。一般使用的方法是做灭菌灭藻处理并加入缓蚀阻垢剂。目前常用的缓蚀阻垢剂由于含有较多的有机膦酸化合物等,溶液在循环水系统中促进微生物的滋生,加大了灭菌灭藻剂处理的负担,还容易造成环境污染等相关问题。因此有必要开发一种具有较高灭菌灭藻性能的新型的缓蚀阻垢剂。[1]
