摘要本文利用花生(Arachishypogaea L.)种子(海花一号)作为实验材料,在温 室条件下探究不同温度与花生幼苗叶片渗透调节物质的关系。首先花生幼苗叶片 放置在实验室配备的人工气候箱中,对它们分别进行 32℃、36℃、40℃的高温 处理,然后在第 0d、3d、6d、9d 分别测定花生幼苗叶片主要渗透调节物质—— 可溶性糖(SS)、可溶性蛋白(SP)和游离脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量, 以 26℃室温条件为空白对照。该试验的最终结果表明,随着胁迫温度的升高和 胁迫时间的延长,花生幼苗叶片的可溶性糖(SS)和游离脯氨酸(Pro)的含量 均显著增加;可溶性蛋白(SP)的含量由 0d 的 2.25mg/g 增加到第 3d 的 2.61mg/g, 但置于 32℃高温下热处理的花生叶片在第 6d,可溶性蛋白(SP)的含量又下降 到了 2.31mg/g,可能是由于温度过高,水分供给不足,即受到了水分胁迫的干 扰,花生受到严重伤害,幼苗叶片内蛋白合成酶部分失活,后来又给予了充裕水 分,果然,可溶性蛋白含量在第 9d 天时,又增加到了 2.77mg/g;丙二醛(MDA) 含量的变化趋势则呈现出先缓慢增加后明显提高的趋势。有关分析证明,花生幼 苗叶片内的可溶性糖(SS)、可溶性蛋白(SP)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA) 的含量可以用来鉴定花生的耐热性。69062

Effects of high temperature stress on Osmotic Adjustment Substances of peanut seedlings
Abstract
High temperature is one of the main adverse environmental factors that affect the agricultural production today.The experiment was to study the effect of different temperature on Osmotic Adjustment Substances of Peanut Seedling Leaves under the greenhouse condition, with the most common L. Arachishypogaea seeds in agricultural production.Leaf of peanut seedlings were treated by 32 degree, 36 degree, 40 degree centigrade high temperature in the artificial climate box and in the 0d, 3d, 6d, 9d the main proselytes, soluble sugar (SS), soluble protein (SP) and free proline (pro) content and the content of formaldehyde (MDA) content in peanut seedling leaves were measured, the 26 degree at room temperature was used as blank control.The results show that with increasing of stress temperature increased and stress time, the content of peanut seedling leaf soluble sugar (SS) and free proline (pro) significantly increased, and the malondialdehyde (MDA) content slowly increased at first, and then increased fast. The content of soluble protein (SP) by 7.54mg/g 0d increased to 15.62mg/g at 6d, but soluble protein (SP) content of peanut leaves declined to 13.11mg/g by 36 degree high temperature stress at the 9d. The result demonstrated that the main osmotic adjustment substances of soluble sugar SS), soluble protein (SP), free proline (pro) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in peanut seedling leaves can be used as identification index of peanut and heat resistance.
