摘要本文应用高光谱成像技术,以及相应的数据处理软件、光谱校准软件,对豆奶粉质量进行初步的评价。采用的仪器为反射高光谱成像仪SOC710-E(400nm-1000nm),对不同品质的豆奶粉进行扫描,得到原始高光谱数据,通过数据处理软件ENVI4.7进行变换处理。通过混合不同比例的豆浆粉和全脂奶粉,得到8个标准样本,经过不同时间段的五次重复试验,得出8条平均反射率曲线。反射率曲线在400nm-700nm波段有一定的特征和区分度,通过选取该波段上五个有代表性的数据点,进行单因素方差分析(One Way ANOVA)和LSD多重比较,检验曲线差异显著性。检验得出8条标准样本曲线在这些数据点处差异显著。进一步选取维维维他型、维维无蔗糖型、庆和三种豆奶粉与混合样本同时扫描比对,可从反射率曲线上对豆奶粉中豆浆粉、奶粉含量这一指标进行初步的评价,试图为质检研究提供一种有效的方法。69173

Preliminary Application of Hyperspectral Imaging Technology for Detecting the Quality of Soybean Milk Powder
Abstract
This paper introduces the general application of hyperspectral imaging technology, the basic using of the corresponding data processing software, and use the technique to make the preliminary evaluation of the quality of soybean milk powder. The instrument of this experiment is hyperspectral technique imager SOC710E (400nm-1000nm). The original hyperspectral data processed through the ENVI4.7. Mixing soybean milk powder and whole milk powder in different proportion to make eight standard samples. After five different times of repeated experiments, eight average reflectance curves are obtained. In 400 nm - 700 nm band reflectance curves have certain characteristics and degree of differentiation. Making One Way ANOVA and LSD to test the significance level of these curves. The eight curves are significant different through the test. The experimental materials are WeiWei soybean milk powder contained vitamin,the WeiWei without sucrose,and the QingHe soybean milk powder. Scanning these powder and eight mixed samples at the same time. From the reflectance curves, we can make a preliminary evaluation milk powder content carries on the milk powder content index. Furthermore, we provide an effective thinking for inspection research with hyperspectral imaging technology.
