摘要:菖蒲有着生物量大、生长快、对环境适应能力强等优点,本课题研究菖蒲对金属的净化能力,对水体的净化能力,以及对酸碱溶液的适应性,为能更加有效的治理废水中的有害物质及对污染环境的抗逆性做出一定的参考价值。本课题通过研究在不同的废水pH环境下,通过使用pH测试笔测定废水中的pH值;使用SPAD502叶绿素仪测定叶绿素含量;使用LI-6400XT便携式光合仪测定菖蒲叶片中的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率;使用6400型火焰光度计测定废水中的铜离子含量及菖蒲根叶中的铜离子含量。研究结果表明,在弱酸弱碱环境下,对于菖蒲的生长以及光合作用等都是有促进作用的。不同pH的含铜废水对菖蒲的光合作用具有一定的影响,并且在中性环境中,菖蒲长势稳定;菖蒲可以调节废水溶液的pH。菖蒲可以吸收废水中的铜离子,主要依靠根系来吸收。70948

Study on effects of different pH containing copper wastewater to photosynthesis of Acorus calamus
Abstract: Acorus calamus has the advantages of high biomass, fast growth and strong adaptability to the environment. This research is to study Acorus calamus on the metal purification capacity, on the metal purification capacity, the ability of purifying the water body and the adaptability to the acid-base solution, so as to be effective in treating the wastewater In the harmful substances and the pollution of the environment to make some reference value. In this paper, the pH value of the wastewater was measured by using a pH test pen at different pH of the wastewater;the chlorophyll content was measured by SPAD502 chlorophyll meter.;the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were measured by LI-6400XT portable photosynthesis apparatus;determination of copper ion content in wastewater and copper ion content in Acorus calamus roots using 6400 flame photometer. The results showed that in the weak acid and weak alkali environment, the growth and photosynthesis of Acorus calamus were promoted. Different pH of copper-containing wastewater on the photosynthesis of Acorus calamus has a certain impact, and in the neutral environment, Acorus calamus growth and stability; Acorus calamus can adjust the pH of the wastewater solution. Acorus calamus can absorb copper ions in wastewater, mainly rely on root to absorb.
