摘 要:对克氏原螯虾经济性状的遗传力进行估计,测量克氏原螯虾大螯长、体重、腹节深、腹长、腹节宽、尾肉重,基于加显性分析模型,分别用双列杂交法进行分析讨论。研究了150日龄的克氏原螯虾经济性状的狭义遗传力,体重遗传力估计值在0.0029~0.0289,腹节深遗传力估计值在0.0683~0.1435,腹节宽遗传力估计值在0.2829~0.3676,大螯长遗传力估计值在0.0925~0.4131,腹长遗传力估计值在0.0214~0.2472,尾肉重遗传力估计值在0.2360~0.4163。经济性状遗传力是克氏原螯虾育种的基本参数之一,克氏原螯虾食用部分尾肉重的遗传力估计值最高,对尾肉重这个性状的选择可以获得较大的遗传进展。 71519

Abstract:The heritability of economic traits of chela length, body weight, first abdominal segment height, abdominal length, first abdominal segment width, tail meat weight in Procambarus clarkii were estimated using complete diallel design and based on the additive-dominance genetic analysis model. Results showed that the narrow-sense heritability of 150-day weight heritability estimates ranged from 0.0029-0.0289; the estimated heritabilities of first abdominal segment height were 0.0683-0.1435; the estimated heritabilities of the first abdominal segment width were 0.2829-0.3676; the estimated heritabilities of the large chela were 0.4131-0.0925; the estimated heritabilities of abdominal length were 0.0214-0.2472; the estimated heritabilities of tail meat weight were 0.2360-0.4163. Heritability of economic trait is one of the basic parameters in P. clarkii breeding, the heritability of tail meat weight was the highest, larger genetic progress of this trait may be obtained through selection for this trait.
