摘要近年来蓝藻水华在我国的各大富营养化湖泊频频发生,形成藻灾,且危害非常的大。此外,藻类会分泌有毒物质,使鱼、虾等中毒而死。对水产养殖以及水中的生物都造成了极大的危害。铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosanosa)是一类全球性分布的蓝藻,在我国大部分富营养化水体中,M.aeruginosa在数量上和发生频率上均占优势。微囊藻毒素(MCs)是M.aeruginosa产生的一类天然毒素,也是富营养化水体中因蓝藻爆发而产生的最常见的藻毒素。71684

本文以日本沼虾(Macrobrachium nipponense)为研究对象,将在实验条件下通过室内两个多月日本沼虾幼虾养殖试验,进一步探究了M.aeruginosa对日本沼虾存活率和密度的影响。此文章就这一问题,针对M.aeruginosa对日本沼虾存活、养殖密度变化进行研究。主要结果如下:在自然养殖条件下,随着日本沼虾的数量的增加,日本沼虾的存活率先增加,达到最高值,又下降。在10或12个/500mL M.aeruginosa的养殖密度下,日本沼虾的存活率最高。过高或过低的养殖密度都不利于日本沼虾的存活。

Experimental Study on the Density Effect of Microcystis aeruginosanosa and Macrobrachium nipponense Survival

Abstract At present, as the deepening of environmental pollution, water resource has been a certain degree of damage, water crisis is becoming more and more serious. More and more fresh waters eutrophication problems, along with its to cyanobacterial bloom has on everyday life drinking water and harm aquatic animal production. Microcystis aeruginosanosa is a kind of distributed algae, most of the eutrophication of water body in our country, M.aeruginosa are competitive in terms of quantity and frequency. Microcystins is a kind of natural toxins produced by blue-green algal, and is one of the most common algal toxin caused by algae outbreak in eutrophication of water bodies. 

Based on M.nipponenseonense as the research object, under the experimental conditions through indoor more than two months Japan expounds young shrimp breeding experiments, further explores the influence of M.aeruginosa to the survival rate and the density of M.nipponense. Aiming this problem, further explores the influence of M.aeruginosa to the survival rate and the breeding density’s change of M.nipponense. The main results were as follows:Under the condition of natural breeding, with the increase of the number of M.nipponense, the survival rate of M.nipponense, the first increases, the peak, and decline. In 10 or 12/500 mL patina of M.aeruginosa breeding density, the survival rate of M.nipponense is highest. The survival rate of M.nipponense, too high or too low are not good for the survive of M.nipponense.
