摘要鲫鱼在中国是一种非常常见的鱼种,且在中国分部广泛,以此类鱼种来进行试验具备一定代表性。钡是一种碱土重金属,呈银白色,虽然在自然界里面含量不算高,但是在全球都有分部,而且在自然界中,几乎不会存在它的单质形式,它的主要存在形式是以重晶石、硫酸盐以及碳酸盐的形式存在。本实验旨在不同浓度氯化钡饲养同体形大小的鲫鱼,通过观察其行为变化(游动次数、跳跃次数等)、体重变化,并在96小时后处死鲫鱼,取出其肠道,测量其中Na+-K+-ATPase、Mg2+-ATPase、Ca2+ATPase、Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase的活性,从而得出钡对这几种ATP酶活性的影响作用。实验结果显示:①行为变化方面:对照组中鲫鱼游动次数明显减少,而在经钡处理后的鲫鱼游动次数并未发生降低的现象,部分还有更加活跃的趋势,故而得出结论:鲫鱼的行为变化受到饥饿、钡等共同作用的影响,并没有与钡的浓度呈线性相关。②体重变化方面:在对照组中的鲫鱼,死前死后体重差距为0.968,而处于0.1mmol/l、1mmol/l、2mmol/l氯化钡溶液中的鲫鱼,体重变化分别达到了2.394、3.872、3.703,故得出结论,氯化钡溶液浓度越高,对鲫鱼的体重影响越大。③几种ATP酶活性影响:Na+-K+-ATPase活性从对照组3.85最高在1mmol/l氯化钡溶液达到2.95最低;Mg2+-ATPase活性从对照组6.11最高在0.1mmol/l氯化钡溶液达到1.6最低;Ca2+ATPase活性从对照组5.31最高在0.1mmol/l氯化钡溶液达到2.29最低;Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase活性从对照组4.16最高在0.1mmol/l氯化钡溶液达到2.19最低。故由此得出,Ba2+对这几种ATP酶活性都有抑制作用。71686

Effect of Barium on the Activity of several ATP Enzymes in the Intestine of Carassius auratus
Abstract In China, Carassius auratus is a very common species, and distributed widely in China. Such species test has certain representativeness. Barium is a silvery white alkaline earth metal, in nature which content is not high, but distributed widely in the world. While in nature, almost does not exist its elemental form. It exists mainly in the form of barite, sulfate and carbonate. The purpose of this study was to observe the behavior and Weight changes of different concentrations of barium chloride in the same size of Carassius auratus(Swimming times, jumping times, etc.).After 96 hours, the Carassius auratus was killed and the intestinal tract was taken out to measure the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase,Mg2+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase and Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase, and the effect of barium on the activity of ATP was obtained. Experimental results show:①Behavior changes: swimming times of Carassius auratus in control group can be reduced significantly, and which in the barium do not decrease, even part of them became more active. Therefore, come to the conclusion: Carassius auratus behavioral changes by hunger and barium, and it has no linear correlation with the concentration of barium.②Weight change: the Carassius auratus in the control group lost 0.968g after died, and Carassius auratus in the 0.1 mmol/l, 1mmol/l, 2 mmol/l barium chloride solution lost 2.394g、387.2g and 3.703g,so we can conclude, barium chloride solution concentration is higher, influence Carassius auratus's weight more.③The influence of Several ATP enzyme activity:Na+-K+-ATPase activity from the control group reached 3.85,which is highest. in 1 mmol/l barium chloride solution reached 2.95, which is lowest; Mg2+-ATPase activity in control group reached 6.11,which is highest. in 0.1 mmol/l barium chloride solution reached 1.6 which is lowest;Ca2+-ATPase activity in control group reached 5.31,which is highest,and in 0.1 mmol/l barium chlorine solution reached 2.29,which is lowest; Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase activity from control group reached 4.16,which is highest,and in 0.1mmol/l of barium chloride solution reached 2.19 which is lowest. Therefore, it is concluded that Ba2+ has inhibitory effect on the activity of these ATP enzymes.
