摘要:环氟菌胺是日本曹达公司研发的新型除菌剂,对白粉病具有很好的治疗活性。本实验研究环氟菌胺对土壤酶活性的影响,选取蔗糖酶,脲酶和脱氢酶为研究对象,设立四个环氟菌胺处理水平,分别在培养过程中的0,3,7,14,21,30,45天时取样测定三种土壤中三种酶的活性。结果表明,土壤类型对土壤脲酶、脱氢酶的活性影响不大,而蔗糖酶的活性与土壤类型有关;5-50mg/kg的环氟菌胺对土壤中的脲酶主要起抑制作用,随着时间的增加,抑制作用有所减弱并趋于稳定,在7d时抑制作用最强;环氟菌胺对蔗糖酶的影响较复杂,先激活后抑制的现象反复出现,在3d时激活作用最强;环氟菌胺对脱氢酶活性有明显激活作用。82394

Effects of Cyflufenamid on Soil Enzyme Activity
Abstract:Cyclofluorine is a new type of antibacterial agent developed by cao da company in Japan, which has good therapeutic activity for powdery mildew。 This experiment research the effects of Cyclofluorine on soil enzyme activity, selecting sucrase, urease and dehydrogenase as the research objects, four treatment levels of Cyclofluorine were designed and the activities of three different soil enzymes samples cultured for 0, 3, 7, 14, 21, 30, and 45d were determined。。 The results showed that the soil type had no obvious effect on urease and dehydrogenase, but sucrose enzyme showed different sensitivity in different soils。 The 5-50mg/kg of cyclofluorine inhibited urease activity, the inhibition got weaker and stabilized as time went on,,and which was strongest at 7d。 The effect of cyclofluorine on sucro se enzyme is complex, at first it showed sucrose enzyme has been activate and then inhibit, this trend repeated a long time until the end, the activation is strongest in 3d。 The activity of cyclofluorine was obviously activated for dehydrogenase。
