Abstract：With the rapid development of contemporary scientific and technological level of society, information technology has penetrated into the field of education, the traditional blackboard chalk teaching methods is difficult to achieve the requirements of the new curriculum. In such a situation, network assisted teaching has gradually become a major trend in the development of the modern education and teaching. It is based on the modern advanced computer technology boarded the stage of history. Universities network teaching platform plays a good role as a bridge. It makes up the disadvantages of traditional teaching pen and paper research, upload issued, in the form of a single, filling style of teaching, and with its flexible, and not limited by time and space advantage by teachers and students love to become a great innovation and breakthrough in modern education reform.

前言
在计算机迅速发展的今天，网络教学已成为现实，网络能够“唤醒学生们沉睡的潜能，激活学生尘封的记忆，开启学生幽闭的心门，放飞学生囚禁的情愫”.
网络教学平台又叫在线教学平台、网络管理系统、数字化教学系统，它是根据现实生活需要构建的教学管理与服务平台.随着网络教学平台的广泛普及，网络教学平台的建立顺应了时代发展潮流，是普通高校教学的重要信息平台，它打破了传统教学模式，促进了现代教学模式的革新，促进了当代教育理念的转变.网络教学平台不仅是一个为师生提供教育学习信息的资源共享平台，而且它还为学生创立了一个更加人性化的学习环境，提高了教师教学水平和学员自主学习能力.
