摘要冬泳运动是一项既有魄力又具有一定危险的现代运动项目。近些年来，随着体育运动的不断发展，我国参与冬游运动的人数不断增加，冬泳运动的蓬勃发展，也为中国全民健身运动的发展作出一定的贡献。本研究通过调查徐州市泉山区冬泳运动的健身运动锻炼者、管理人员和环境等方面的调查，发现徐州市泉山区冬泳运动的开展出现不同程度的问题，找出徐州市泉山区冬游运动出现的问题，提出合理化建议，帮助冬游运动在徐州市泉山区的迅速发展。86979

本研究运用了文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等方法对徐州市泉山区冬泳运动的爱好者、指导员和场地设施健身的调查研究，得出以下结论：徐州市泉山区冬泳场地设施建设力度不够；对冬泳运动的宣传力度不够；缺乏专业的冬泳运动指导员的指导；冬泳爱好者后备人员不足。通过以上结论，给出以下建议：创造良好的冬泳设施；加强对徐州市冬泳活动宣传力度；加强对冬泳运动指导员的培养；呼吁不同年龄段的冬泳爱好者参与其中。
