摘要：2008 年奥运会，举办之前对我们来说是一个机遇，实际情况证明，北京奥运会确实证明了我有些项目的强大。比如体操、举重、乒乓球、射击、跳水等；但奥运会结束了，也给了不少的启示，也暴露了我国竞技体育上弱点，比如我国田径、泳游、水上项目还是不理想。特别是田径项目只有两枚铜牌，这些问题值得我们去深思。然而作为人才培养的基石——中学，该如何迎接挑战是我国长远规划中的重中之重。我们要把提高城市高中学田径队训练工作质量，发现、培养、输送高水平的体育后备人才，特别田径后备人才，作为实现世界体育强国的重要步骤之一。 本选题将研究慈溪市城市高中田径队的现状，了解慈溪市乃至全国当前田径后备人才在城市中学里的发展现状及存在的问题，为促进我市和我国青少年田径后备人才及田径运动本身的健康发展提供一些参考。 46836

Research on The validity of The Ordinary High School Track and Field Team Management in Cixi City
--------In Yang Xianjiang Middle School as an Example
Abstract: the 2008 Olympic Games, held prior to us is an opportunity, the actual situation shows that Beijing Olympic Games do prove that some items I strong. Like gymnastics, weight lifting, table tennis, shooting, ping; but for the Olympic Games ended, also gives a lot of inspiration, also exposed the our country athletics sports weakness, such as China's track and field, swimming, water project is not ideal. Especially the track and field project only two bronze medals, these problems are worth pondering. However, as the cornerstone of middle school -- personnel training, how to meet the challenge is the priority among priorities in China in the long-term planning. We must to improve the city high school track and field team training work quality, discover, train and conveying of high level sports reserve talented person, the special reserve talents of track and field, as one of the important steps of sports power of the world. This subject will study the status of Cixi City high school track and field team, understand the development status of Cixi City and even the whole country the reserve talents of track and field in urban middle schools and existing problems, to provide some reference for promoting the healthy development of our city and our young talents in track and field sports and athletics.
