宜兴市小学生教体结合实施情况的调查报告
摘 要：本文以“教体结合”为切入点，运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、等研究方法对宜兴市兴新庄小学和宜兴市周铁实验小学为研究对象进行了较为深入的调查研究。对宜兴市小学“教体结合”存在的现状进行梳理，就现实存在问题进行分析，就宜兴市实施教体结合培养竞技后备人才存在的现状提出相应合理的建议和对策，目的旨在为推动宜兴市体育事业可持续发展提供参考。
本文研究结论如下：“教体结合”的人才培养方式能够保证学生文化和训练全方面均衡的发展，做到日常学习和专业训练两不误，从而协调均衡文化学习和专业训练的时间。63068
