摘 要:青少年田径后备人才培养工作是衡量一个国家田径运动发展及其水平的重要标志之一,世界田径强国已把青少年运动员的发掘与培养工作提到了发展战略地位。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、综合分析法等研究方法,对新课程标准颁布后对昆山市中学田径类教学内容开展情况的影响、体育教师队伍和中学生基本信息以及开设田径课具体情况、影响因素等调查与分析。旨在全面总结昆山市中学田径类教学内容开展的实际情况和存在的不足,推动昆山市中学田径课的科学发展。研究结果表明:(1)新课程标准对学习目标的设置、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价产生了巨大的影响。(2)昆山市体育教师和中学生以男性为主,田径课上课内容以跑跳项目为主。(3)体育教师学历以本科为主,田径课开设情况与上课进各个实施率基本在50%左右。(4)教师采用的考核评价方式主要为:技能、体能测试评价和综合性评价。(5)田径课一个月几乎开设2节课左右,学生一般都喜欢田径课,喜欢老师采用综合性评价来评定自己体育的学习情况。本文的建议:在教育思想坚持“健康第一”的指导思想,教学手段要全面,教学内容要丰富,教学评价要综合,课时安排要合理,学校要重视体育教育。66845

Abstract:Youth athletics reserve personnel training work is the measure of a country, one of the important symbol of the levels of track and field sports development and track and field world powers have excavated and training of adolescent athletes work mentioned the development strategic position. This article USES the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expert interview method, mathematical statistics, comprehensive analysis and other research methods, after the new curriculum standard issued in kunshan city high school track and field teaching content to carry out the situation, the influence of sports teachers and middle school students' basic information, and the specific situation of the track and field course, influence factors, such as investigation and analysis. Aimed at comprehensive summary of kunshan city high school track and field class teaching content to carry out the actual situation and the existence insufficiency, promote the development of science of kunshan city high school track and field course. The results show that: (1) the new curriculum standard set of learning objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching evaluation has a great influence. (2) sports teachers and middle school students is given priority to with men, kunshan city class track and field course content is given priority to with running projects. (3) the physical education teacher education is given priority to with undergraduate course, track and field course opened with class into each been basic at around 50%. (4) the evaluation methods used by teachers is mainly as follows: skills, physical fitness test, evaluation and comprehensive evaluation. (5) the track and field course is almost a month to open around 2 class, students generally like track and field course, like the teacher USES the comprehensive evaluation to assess their learning situation of sports. This paper suggest: in education thought adhere to the "health first" guiding ideology, to the comprehensive teaching methods, teaching content should be rich, the teaching evaluation should be comprehensive, scheduling, reasonable, to attach importance to physical education in school.
