摘 要: 本文通过采用文献资料法、问卷调查法及数理统计等方法，以浦口区业余足球参与者为主要研究对象，对该区业余足球队的现状进行了调查分析，提出相应对策，为浦口区业余足球的健康、可持续发展提供参考。结果是：浦口区业余足球队的主要年龄分布在21-30岁，参与者职业主要为公务员及教职工；12支业余足球队中约有33%的球队成立时间为3年左右，相对成熟的球队较少，新生球队不断壮大；从比赛的性质、裁判的情况、比赛的赛制情况等方面分析得出业余足球队的比赛性质常常是以友谊赛和邀请赛为主，多种赛制的出现促使了业余足球的发展，但在裁判工作方面缺少权威性。73503

Abstract: Literature material law, questionnaires method and mathematical statistics method were used to study the amateur soccer players in Pukou District, in which the status quo of amateur soccer team was investigated and analyzed,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,to provide reference for the healthy and sustainable development of the amateur football in Pukou District。 as a result: The main age distribution of the amateur soccer team was from 21 to 30 and most players are civil servants and staff;33% teams have been founded for about three years among these twelve amateur soccer teams, few mature teams have been developed, but new teams are growing;Based on the analysis in terms of the nature of the game, the referees, the competition system, conclusions can be drowned that the amateur soccer team prefer to organize friendly and tournament matches, the appearance of many competition systems accelerate the development of the amateur soccer。 However, the lack of authority in the work of referee should not be overlooked。
