摘要：本文运用文献资料法、数理统计法、分析讨论法及问卷调查法，对徐州市的一些私人教练的培养发展进行了调查并发现：徐州市健身私人教练就整体而言，私人教练的来源主要是体育院系的毕业生，年龄结构趋于年轻化从业经历经验以及专业知识水平都有待提高；社会培训市场鱼目混杂，资格认证混乱；私人教练职业发展缺乏政策法规的支持等。并提出如下建议：与高校体育教育结合，联合培养私人教练；国家统一建立权威的私人教练职业资格认证；尽快建立徐州市健身私人教练行业协会。提高大众对私人教练的认识。81167
