摘要本文介绍了激光以及随机激光的发展历史、原理、特征、类型以及应用前景。通过分析光在MEH-PPV在溶液、薄膜状态下的光谱,解释了不同状态下的发光原理,研究了共轭聚合物的受激辐射特性。有机半导体,特别是共轭聚合物作为激光介质,具备以下三个优点:一是共轭聚合物材料构成的四能级系统,易于实现粒子数反转;二是存在斯托克斯红移,吸收谱和发射谱不重合,发光效率较高;三是受激激发截面较大。实验结果证明,MEH-PPV是一种优良的随机激光材料。22305

Organic Semiconductors
Abstract
Reviews the principle of laser, the random laser development history, principle, characteristics, types and application prospect. By analyzing the spectrum of light in the MEH-PPV under two conditions: solution, film, give explanation of the luminescence principle under different conditions, and the stimulated emission properties of the conjugated polymers. As laser material, organic semiconductor, especially conjugated polymers, has the three advantages as follows: first, the conjugated polymer materials constitute the four level system, which is easy to achieve the population inversion; second, because of the existence of Stokes shift, absorption spectra and emission spectra are not coincident, luminous efficiency is considerably high; last, the stimulated emission region is large. To sun up, organic semiconductor is a good random laser material.
