Comprehensive Treatment Of Boiler Room Noise Design
 The total design description:This design is aimed at treating the noise of boiler room comprehensively. Nowadays,with the rapid development of industrial enterprises, economy,noise issue has become increasingly serious. In the 1950 s,noise has become a major kind of environmental pollution, it not only affects people's normal life, work, study and rest, but also harms to people's health.
    Industrial noise refers to the use of fixed production equipment or the radiation of the acoustic energy auxiliary equipment in production activities of industrial enterprises.It not only has a harmful effect on workers directly, but also distracts the living environment of residents around. Due to the power production and different ways,we can pide the industrial noise into such ways:(1)The mechanical noise,which is caused by mechanical impact, friction and rotation.(2)Air dynamic noise and airflow disturbance is caused by gas pressure mutations.(3)Electric magnetic noise, which is caused by the alternating electromagnetic field change and some mechanical parts or vibration of space volume.Therefore, in view of the governance of boiler room noise is a very urgent and necessary.
According to the national ministry of health and the national labor bureau issued "industrial noise control design specification" (GBJ87-85), it refers to that industrial enterprise is put forward at various locations across the A levels of noise limit value of the production workshop and workplaces (continuous noise exposure A day 8 h) shall not exceed 90 db (A) and high noise lounge setting (A call request) shall not exceed 70 db (A) to determine the amount of noise reduction.
 The control methods for noise are varied, such as sound insulation, noise elimination and vibration isolation, sound absorption and damping technology, etc.Combined with the actual situation of boiler room, this design mainly prior adopt with sound insulation and sound absorption technology ,complementary with vibration isolation and noise elimination techniques to reduce the noise problems of a boiler room.
     Opacity technique :Using acoustic methods to reducing the noise of the air is to set up barriers around the sound source to seal the sound source completely.The way of this noise control is very effective. Main methods are:Set up sound insulation room, sound proof wall,sound boarding,double-deck,multilayered structure and acoustic enclosure etc. It can reduce the influence of noise on the surrounding environment.
     Silencing technology:Using the muffler to reduce noise early spread in the air .It can be installed on the air power equipment.Its structure form has a resistance of the resistance muffler, muffler, impedance compound muffler, microporous plate muffler, porous diffusion muffler etc. Practice proves that the mainly source of the induced draft fan and drum fan is the air dynamic noise radiation in the part of import and output.Consequently,induced draft fan for boiler room of noise control is concentrated in the drum, the import and export air dynamic noise control.It is a n important method to install a muffler at the inlet and exhaust pipe nowadays.(Don't interfere with the gas flow, and can eliminate air dynamic noise.)Installation part of the muffler is generally in the import and export of the air blower and the air outlet of induced draft fan blower ,But if the noise control is very strict, it can also install a muffler in the air inlet and air outlet by the specific circumstances in the field.
     Vibration isolation technology:fan runs unbalanced may cause foundation vibration.this kind of vibration may through the floor, wall to radiate the noise.A vibration isolation is changing the rigid connection of fan and foundation to elastic connection to reduce solid sound wave transmission.It is an effective way to install vibration-proof design basis or shock absorber, rubber vibration isolation cushion for vibration isolation, etc. In addition,to achieve the purpose of noise reduction of vibration isolation,we can use the way of a soft connection to isolate pipeline vibration at the inlet and the outlet of fan and pipe to weaken the vibration energy transmission.
