Abstract:: Food documentary on the tip of the tongue of China "with unique materials and innovation pattern once obtained the favorable comment from all walks of life of the nation's release.The film shows the delicate food culture of the Chinese nation and has a long history, has inspired every Chinese in Chinese cuisine.At the same time it let silence for many years China documentary market returned to the public's eyes.This paper mainly from the prophase research in China on the tip of the tongue, medium-term filming and editing to delve into its production mode.By the combined research method of the theory of literature, analysis of the material selection, camera, sound, editing, etc, and summarizes the characteristics of its production mode with the factors of success.In addition, this article through to the tongue of China "production modes of study put forward some enlightenment on contemporary documentary production.

《舌尖上的中国》制作模式探究一、《舌尖上的中国》概述
2012年5月一部美食类纪录片《舌尖上的中国》在中国中央电视台播出，他描绘了全国各地的美食生态。通过中华美食的多个侧面，来展现食物给中国人生活带来的仪式、伦理等方面的文化；
（一）《舌尖上的中国》简介
美食类纪录片《舌尖上的中国》2012年5月在央视1套播出。该片一经播出，24小时之内就成了微博、人人、QQ空间的热门话题。更在几天之内为央视一套赚足了收视率。同时也赢得了网友超高的评价和强烈的关注度。在中国纪录片界乃至世界观影人群中都引起了极大地反响。
纪录片《舌尖上的中国》共7集，是由陈晓卿导演，任长箴执行导演的大型美食类纪录片。自2011年3月开始大规模拍摄，摄制组行走了包括港澳台在内的全国70个拍摄地，动用前期调研员3人，导演8人，15位摄影师拍摄，历时13个月拍摄，并由3位剪辑师剪辑完成。这也是国内首次使用高清摄录设备拍摄的大型美食类纪录片。
