Abstract This paper is based on the humanistic learning theory。 It clarifies the concept and characteristics of autonomous learning, and analyzes the factors that influence students’ autonomous learning of English。 It explores how to cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability from the perspective of teaching strategies。 We hold that it is beneficial to cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability by developing students’ responsibility, enhancing the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, making good use of encouragement and evaluation, cultivating students’ learning motivation, developing students’ interests through entertaining activities and improving students’ self-efficacy。92789

摘要本文以人本主义理论为基础,阐述了自主学习理论的概念及其特征,分析了影响当前学生英语自主学习的主要因素。从教师的教学策略角度就如何培养学生的自主学习能力作粗浅的探讨。我们认为通过培养学生的责任感、加强师生之间的和谐关系、充分利用激励与评价、培养学生的学习动机、通过娱乐活动培养学生的兴趣、提高学生的自我效能的教学策略有利于培养学生的自主学习能力。

The teacher’s previous teaching methods are traditional, but with the change of people’s concept of education, more and more educators advocating autonomous learning, which also means that autonomous learning plays a very important role in the learning process。 How to cultivate students’ English autonomous learning ability has become an important topic in recent research。
The basic idea of developing school-based curriculum is to give full play to students’ subjective role, pay attention to inpidual differences in students’ learning, love and respect students, and ensure students can fulfill their studies according to their own conditions。 However, the examination-oriented education is still rampant and students cannot choose their own courses。 Hierarchical teaching and inpidualized teaching are just forms。 Assessment is still evaluating all students with only one standard。 There is no choice and not to mention autonomy。 In order to improve the conditions of autonomous learning, students should establish integrated course of study, management and examination platform。
