Although many teachers have accepted the game teaching method theoretically, they are still accustomed to adopting traditional teaching methods in actual teaching activities and they regard the game teaching method as one of the methods of performance class. The game in English class often stays in external form, and the scene consciousness, resource consciousness, method consciousness as well as training consciousness are not strong. In addition, the game is tasted or tour. Actually a number of teachers in English class are more willing to adopt interpretation method and practice method. While quite a number of teachers don’t want to use the game teaching method in class teaching while they holds the belief that this is the primary school teaching. What’s more, it’s difficult for them to maintain the classroom order, and then this will waste the precious time in classroom teaching. Therefore, it has long been stressed that students have to study very hard, and they always pay little attention to play games in teaching activity (Hodder & Stoughton 67). On the whole, there are many reasons for this situation, and other problems lie in the primary school English classroom teaching. To sum up, the reasons mainly lie in the following several aspects.
