Abstract With the rapid development of information technology and the rise of the flipped classroom teaching mode, the traditional teaching pattern is obviously not fit for the current teaching and learning environment。 Many scholars in China have realized the significance of micro-class to the implementation of the flipped classroom teaching。 This paper, taking college oral English teaching as an example, mainly explains the relationships between micro-class and flipped classroom teaching as well as how to implement the flipped classroom teaching based on micro course。 There are many problems in traditional college oral English teaching while the new teaching mode characterized with flexibility, timeliness, openness is conducive to the realization of students’ personalized learning and helps to create a good learning environment。75862

摘要随着信息技术的飞速发展以及翻转课堂的兴起,传统的教学设计模式显然无法适应现今的教学与学习环境。微课对于实施翻转课堂教学的重要作用已经引起众多学者的关注。本文以大学英语口语教学为例,具体阐述了微课与翻转课堂之间的关系以及如何实施基于微课的翻转课堂教学。传统的大学英语口语教学存在诸多问题,而基于网络的微课环境下的翻转课堂教学新模式具有灵活性、时效性、开放性等特点,有利于实现学生的个性化学习和为学生创建良好的语言学习环境与条件。

1。 Introduction
College English is an important part of higher education curriculum in China。 Colleges generally take English as a compulsory course。 Oral English teaching in China, however, is not very optimistic。 Many insufficiencies and problems still exist, such as the lack of language environment。 Many people think that current college English teaching mode is obsolete which seriously influences the quality and effect of college English teaching。
With the development of information technology, new teaching equipment has been introduced。 Nowadays, people begin to pay more and more attention to the practice and application of the information teaching。 The new concept of "micro class" and "flipped classroom" has brought new change for the college public English course teaching。 The teaching mode of flipped classroom has aroused great attention of the public and many national colleges and universities have put it into practice。 It is a kind of open education resources and plays a decisive role in stimulating students’ interests in learning, cultivating students' consciousness and the ability in autonomous learning and improving teaching quality。 How to use the advanced information technology to serve the teaching practice and integrate it with teaching has become a part of a joint research and discussion for university English teachers。论文网
