   With the society improving and foreign exchanging frequently, English is an academic and culture exchanging tool and also an approach to participate in international competitions。 Especially after our country join in WTO, it is essential to make a better living by mastering foreign communicative language ability。 In addition, the English education shows younger-age trend obviously。 Therefore, it is quite logical for children to learn oral English that it lives up to the development of the times and an important approach to improve capacity of communication。

    The children’s oral English teaching will contribute to some basic competence, good characteristics and habits。 Through oral English teaching, it can increase children’s cognitive ability and broaden children’s horizons, at the same time, to promote all-round development of their comprehensive quality。 Hence, implementing oral English teaching in kindergartens not only help children to learn English well but also improves their developments in all aspects。

Oral English study can boost the development of the brain potential, and facilitate children’s brain development。 When children stay in the Chinese-English style language environment; they will receive two sets of language information into short-term memory。 After stimulated many times, biochemistry will be changed, leaving deep bilingual memory in the brain and transforming short-term memory into long-term memory, which make memory form two sets of neural networks。 In this condition, two sets of neural networks are stored in many different parts of the brain neural system, at the same time, they are influencing each other and reinforcing each other。 In this way, children who receive the oral English education will use more brain cells than others who receive a single oral education and also it makes the former children’s competence practice more。 Each sector of brain or part will be utilized better in order to improve the development of children’s overall brain。
