2。1 The definition of oral English teaching and preschool education

   Oral English teaching is educating people to communicate in this linguistic form, which verbal communication is suitable for British people generally。 

   Preschool education is an educational establishment or learning space offering education to children between the ages of three and five。 They may be privately operated or government run, and the costs may be subsidized。

2。2 The earlier studies on oral English teaching

   According to the research on neuropsychology, children have high potential。 On the one hand, children at 0-6 years old, is a critical period in language development。 If children can be educated with language and have abundant stimulation that has good  benefits to them, they will develop better。 On the other hand, if we do not make good use of critical language period, even giving a lot of stimulation is also difficult to make language ability full play。 It is indicated by a physiological mechanism research that the best time to learn oral English is 4 to 10 years old。 Besides another research has found that peeling part of brain will lead to permanent damage on brain after 10 years old, who will have aphasia, an impairment of language, affecting the production or comprehension of speech and the ability to read or write。 But before 10 years old, the brain which was peeled could be recovered。 Therefore, the brain’s plasticity is essential for children to have an oral English course in kindergartens。 Studies have shown that early oral English teaching can make children’s language learning ability  strong, so it is easier to learn other languages more effectively。 One Canadian Professor Lambert (w。 Amber) compared bilingual children and monolingual children in English acquisition, he found that bilingual children are easy to acquire other English, especially the pronunciation and intonation。 The second is to enhance verbal communication sensitivity。 As a result, bilingual children in activities must be based on different communication scenarios。

3。1 The pros of implementation of oral English teaching in kindergartens

3。1。1 The oral English teaching can be a foundation with learning the English, which is beneficial to development of children’s intelligence

The early childhood is the critical period of learning a foreign language, and making good use of this period is important。 From the perspective of physiology and psychology, early childhood is a key stage in human language learning。 Early childhood has great sensitivity to any language。 The ability of their language sense is extremely strong, imitating ability is the same。 Children’s hearing is sharp and they have less psychological barriers。 Some experiments have shown that children who were received English education have stronger language expression ability, more active thinking and more cheerful personality than regular class children。 In addition, their behaviors are more generous, especially using polite phrases more frequently。 The language training and practice will promote children’s expression ability, which facilitates their development of thinking。 文献综述

    Children oral English teaching is able to lay a foundation for second language acquisition and is beneficial to development of children’s intelligence。 Oral English is a language of the audio and an output or releasing process。

Communication plays an important role in language。 Language teaching aims to teach students to use language, especially enlightening English teaching in kindergartens。 Hence, English class should become the skillful class and practical class, which should be given a first priority to cultivate students' communicative awareness。 Students should form information and exchanging feelings in English learning motivation in the mind, so that they will produce strong interest and stamina in learning, and then have great improvement in learning。
