摘  要：《满江红》属于力量型的古典舞，偏重于武术的爆发力，古代的战士刚武有力，精忠报国的精神，用大量的武术外家功中的元素刚劲有力的融入在舞蹈中，因为武术在其中扮演着文化审美基础和动作载体的角色，为舞蹈注入了丰富的营养。武术外家功注重外修为主，内修为辅，动作舒展，闪展腾挪，蹿蹦跳跃， 以传统少林拳为主，刚健有力、刚中有柔、朴实无华、攻防兼备，以攻击为主，运气要气沉丹田，以及高难度的技巧。作品是表现古代战士杀敌的景象，所以有效的吸收武术外家功中的动作元素，使舞蹈作品更加生动形象。73140
