摘要:本课题主要针对上海特色糕点包装,在结合地域特色的同时不失当代年轻人所追求的时尚感。当今社会,人们都喜欢四处旅游,而别名东方巴黎的上海自然也吸引了很多不同地区不同国家的人前来游玩。旅游除了照片视频能保存记忆之外,前来旅游的游客也难免购买伴手礼用于送给亲朋好友亦或是用于自己留念。蝴蝶酥身为上海的特色产品之一,也深受外来游客的喜爱。蝴蝶酥因其形状与蝴蝶相似而得名,并在欧洲十分受欢迎。蝴蝶酥的口感酥脆可口,在各年龄层都受到喜爱。随着中国的现代化进程的推进和外国饮食文化进入国内并大肆流行,中式糕点的生存空间受到极大的挤压。市面上已有的蝴蝶酥包装种类较少,专门针对旅客的包装种类则更为少。蝴蝶酥的包装在结合上海特色的同时,更应结合时下流行元素,吸引更多年轻人来购买。81883

ABSTRACT: This topic is mainly for the Shanghai characteristic pastry packaging that combined regional characteristics with fashionable which contemporary young people pursue。 In today's society, people like to travel around, and Shanghai used to called alias Oriental Paris, so that Shanghai obviously attracts many tourists from different countries to visit。 In addition to the video that can save the memory, the tourists also buy things with local characteristic for their friends and family or for their own souvenirs。 Butterfly cookies as one of Shanghai's specialty products is favored by foreign tourists 。 As a kind of snack which is popular in Europe, the characteristics of snacks, named butterflies crisp because of its shape likes a butterfly。 It tastes crisp, sweet and delicious, loved by men and women from all age。 With the advancement of China's modernization process and the foreign food culture comes into the domestic and becomes popular, the marketing of Chinese pastry has been greatly squeezed。 There are fewer types of butterfly cookies on the market, and the number of butterfly cookies’ packages for travelers is less。 The packaging of butterfly cookies should combined characteristics of Shanghai with popular elements nowadays, to attract more young people to buy it。

(一) 糕点的市场分析
面包糕点食品于20世纪80年代从香港台湾地区引入中国大陆,经历了一段适应期,我国的面包糕点行业从21世纪初开始呈现出快速发展的趋势。1999~2013年复合增速高达18。6%,2014年以来增速略有放缓,维持在11%左右。2015年前10月行业增速11%,预计2015年面包糕点市场规模1000亿,其中面包行业规模270亿,增速也在10%以上。
由上面的数据分析可以得出:糕点类食品的发展十分迅速,且占据市场很大一部分。其增速也较为稳定,日常生活中人们对于糕点的需求还是很高的。由此可见,糕点类食品还是很有市场的。从调查可以看出,家人中含有未成年人的家庭在食品类的开销会高于其余家庭,而女性比起男性在食品市场上占据主流。
