摘要医疗保险制度是社会保障体系的重要组成部分，它肩负着保障人民群众健康和稳定社会秩序的重要作用，一直以来受到世界各国政府以及人民的重视。本文通过对沛县盖庄村医疗保险现状的调差研究，尝试找出沛县农村医疗保险政策运行过程中取得的成就及存在的不足。通过有针对性的分析和思考，试探性的找出解决沛县盖庄村医疗保险问题的方法。具体解决问题的方法有：1.加强医保政策的宣传，深化宣传效果；2.选择合适的医保费用筹集方法，保障医保费用的充足；3.建立特殊医保系统，保障流动人员（主要是农民工）医保问题的解决；4.完善医疗机构建设，保证其人员、设备、药品种类的充足，保障医疗人员医疗技术过硬；5.增强动员力度，特别问题特别处理，促进全民医保。51529

Study on Current Status and Issues of medical insurance in Gai village of Pei County
Abstract Medical insurance system is is an important part of the social security system， it has an important role to protect people's health and ensure the stability of the social order,and it has always been taken seriously by Governments and peoples of the world. This article try to find the achievements and the deficiencies during the operation of Pei County rural Medical Insurance policy, through study on the Medical insurance status of Gai Village in Pei County. Through targeted analysis and reflection, finding solutions to solve the Medical insurance problems of Gai Village in Pei County tentatively. The specific problem-solving methods are: 1. Strengthen the propaganda of Medicare policy, and deepen the effect of propaganda; 2 Select the appropriate method to raise Medicare costs, guarantee the adequacy of Medicare costs; 3. Establishing special Medical insurance system, to make sure that the Medicare problems of mobile personnels (especially migrant workers ); 4. Consummating the construction of medical institutions, to ensure that their personnel, equipment, and the pharmaceuticals kinds is adequacy , guarantee that the medical staff have excellent medical technologies; 5. enhanced mobilization efforts, special issue special treatment, to promote universal health care.
