摘要CCD相机是实现工业自动化检测系统的主要组件,在工业生产中发挥着非常重要的作用。它的工作原理就是通过信号电荷的产生来进行存储和传输最终实现检测,CCD的作用就和胶片一样,它可以把图像像素转换成数字信号。84872
本课题根据工业现场检测暗裂需求来确定总体原则,采用苏州瑞图的工业CCD搭建图像检测系统,对公司已有的CCD自动检测机台进行改装,由于电子元器件表面积较小,对CCD相机的像素要求较高,另外对于控制系统的准确性需要非常的严谨,所以本次设计选择了ABB运动控制器作为主控组件,由台达 PLC进行辅助传送数据的方案。整个CCD相机检测暗裂控制部分检测系统包括对硬件的选型,控制系统硬件电路图的绘制,根据所绘制的电路图完成实际机台的接线,使用WPLSoft软件编写相应的PLC控制程序,以及对暗裂检测系统操作界面相关参数进行了调试,最后通过对改装后的机台所检测出来的数据,分析判别改装后的机台CCD自动检测暗裂性能是否达到工业现场要求。
经过测试,改装后的机台结构合理,达到工业现场的要求,提高了原机台检测的准确性,整个设计充分地将机械、电子以及气动进行了有机的结合利用,实现了自动检测暗裂的功能。

Tested, modified the machine structure is reasonable, reached the requirements of industrial field, improve the accuracy of the detection, the entire design fully of the organic combination of machine, electricity, gas, industrial automation is realized。
