摘要如今,机械工业飞速发展,包装机械的种类也纷繁复杂,纸箱包装机械是包装机械的一个非常有代表性的分支,不仅可以减少了大量的人力物力,提高生产效率,而且使用纸箱包装机包装产品可减轻劳动强度,适应大规模生产的需要,并满足清洁卫生的要求,在箱子过大,物品过重的情况下,人力不能完成,这时候,机械生产起到了关键的作用。在生产大发展的背景下,为应对社会竞争,手工开箱,封箱,包物,已不能满足生产的需要。为此,需要研制出具有自动化、精度化、效率化自动包装机械的机械结构和控制系统,以解决超大纸箱的自动包装,物品的自动膜包这一问题。84919
本文讲述的是全自动封闭式超大型纸箱包装线控制系统设计。全自动指的是该包装机不仅整个工作过程是全自动的,而且可以适应一定尺寸范围的纸箱包装。封闭式指的是每个纸箱的拼接叠合处都采用胶带密封,要包装的物品也采用封闭式膜包,并且热收缩定型。超大型指的是该箱子最大尺寸满足1200*1200*750,基本可以满足很多产品的要求。本文包括研究背景、现状、意义和包装机的控制说明书。控制说明书就根据纸箱、物品包装的原理,进行了总体设计,确定了系统的设计方案,确定采用三菱PLC进行控制。形成了包括开箱、膜包、传送、封箱等在内的系统。然后针对各部分,对包装线进行了时间安排,对传送带的带速,电机的转速以及电机节拍的时间进行分析计算,并对气压缸进行了气力分析,之后对各控制器械进行选型。在对控制系统的具体设计中,有控制线路的设计,I/O接口的设计,I/O口的地址分配,梯形图,最后再对程序进行模拟仿真。
目前,纸箱包装机的控制系统已经完成,也通过软件对程序进行了模拟仿真,完全可以完成纸箱的包装,实现了全自动超大纸箱封闭式包装的目标,从而提高生产效率。
