摘要随着村镇人口向城市的聚拢,城市发展速度不断加快,在出行机动化水平不断提高的同时,环境问题和能源问题日益显著,制约了城市的发展速度。在众多公共交通工具之中,自行车符合国家节能减排的政策要求,且节约土地资源,开始作为公共交通的接驳工具逐渐步入人们的视线。86077
但是由于我国应用公共自行车系统时间较晚,尚处于探索前进的时期,公共自行车系统运营得不到良好的技术和理论支持,在运营的过程中出现了诸如停车难、借车难的问题。而各城市对系统的调度没有形成一个系统的、科学的模式。在此背景下,本文结合国内外研究现状,对公共自行车系统进行研究。结合昆山市和扬州市的公共自行车系统使用情况调查结果,对公共自行车系统调度需求进行分析。
结合丹阳市公共自行车系统站点调查数据,提出公共自行车系统站点分类分区方法,在此基础上引入区域调度模式,并构建基于最小运输成本的单目标调度模型,介绍蚁群算法并对模型求解。通过论文中丹阳市A区的实际案例,利用Lingo进行仿真并对提出的调度模型进行可行性验证。
