摘要:随着现代社会和工业技术的不断发展,机械自动化已经成为工业生产的必然趋势。在工业生产中,振动筛的应用范围非常广泛,主要用于金属冶炼、矿山开采、煤炭分离以及建筑材料、耐火材料、轻型工业、化学工业、食品、医药等行业。几乎涉及到我们生产生活的方方面面,在加工和制造的时侯需要用到各种各样的振动筛。进行振动过筛机的自动化研究能在一定程度上提高生产效率,改善生产的产品品质,降低工人的劳动强度。不仅对工业生产有一定的积极意义,并且对于新型过筛机的研发也可以提供一些思路。
振动过筛机的自动化改造首先要选择动力装置,研究其可行性与稳定性,当确定大体思路之后进行功能的细分与设计,在满足设计要求的情况下,做到逻辑清晰,易于理解,操作简单。之后进行程序的编写以及人机界面的设计。
本课题以普通双层闸门拉环式过筛机为原型,对其出料阀门进行自动化改造。拟采用气压作为动力,编写相应的PLC和HMI程序使其相互结合并能进行通讯,操作人员在人机界面上进行模式选择设定相应状态,通过PLC的信号输出控制振动过筛机的电机以及电磁换向阀得失电,根据电磁换向阀的不同状态位进行对气缸两端气体流向的控制进而带动气缸执行阀门的打开与关闭。此次自动化改造主要分为自动模式和手动模式,其中自动模式能在振动一段时间之后自动打开出料阀门,当过筛到达设定时间或者已经过筛的良品达到设定重量时,自动关闭出料阀门并停止过筛,同时以声音和光的形式发出警报。手动模式可以手动启动、停止振动过筛机,手动打开、关闭出料阀门。本文主要就PLC与HMI的程序设计和各自的硬件结构以及整体连接三方面进行相关阐述。

Abstract:With the continuous development of modern society and industrial technology, mechanical automation has become an inevitable trend of industrial production.In industrial production, the scope of application of vibrating screen is very wide, mainly for smelting, mining, coal, building materials, refractories, light industry, chemicals, food, medicine and other industries. Vibrating screens are almost all aspects of life, and various types of vibrating screens are used in processing and manufacturing. For the automation of vibrating screen research is conducive to improving production efficiency, improve production quality, reduce labor intensity. Not only for industrial production have a certain positive significance, and for the new research and development of the screen can also provide some ideas.
The automatic transformation of the vibrating screen machine must first select the power plant to study its feasibility and stability.When the general idea to determine the function of the breakdown and design, to meet the requirements of the circumstances, to do a clear logic, simple operation, easy to understand. And then the preparation of the program and the man-machine interface design.
This topic takes the ordinary double gates pull-ring type sieving machine as the prototype, carries on the automatic transformation to its discharge valve. It is proposed to use air pressure as the driving force to write the corresponding PLC and HMI program so that it can be combined with each other and can communicate. The operator chooses the mode in the man-machine interface to set the corresponding state. The PLC is used to control the motor of the vibrating screen and the electromagnetic commutation the valve of the power loss, according to the different state of the electromagnetic valve on the cylinder at both ends of the gas flow control and then drive the cylinder to open and close the valve. The automatic transformation is mainly pided into automatic mode and manual mode, in which the automatic mode can automatically open the discharge valve after a period, when the sieve reaches the set time or sieve the finished product to set the weight after the discharge valve automatically shut down and stop sieving, and alert in the form of sound and light. Manual mode can be manually activated, stop the vibrating screen machine, manually open, close the discharge valve.This paper mainly on the PLC and HMI programming and their hardware structure and the overall connection of three aspects related to elaborate.
