摘要:伴随着科学技术水平的不断提高以及知识水平的不断进步,如今的工业生产现场开始大范围普及自动化技术。为了使产品实际的生产配料过程更加趋于稳定和高效,自动配料技术已经广泛使用在化学、冶炼金属、矿物、食品、电力、煤矿等领域之中。
本文针对皮带配料系统的自动化问题展开研究,将西门子公司生产的PLC(S7-200)以及计算机内部安装的“组态王”软件联系起来,最终得到一个由“组态王”监控的自动配料系统。主要解决了皮带自动配料系统的稳定控制以及上位机监控界面的开发问题。在监控界面设计的过程中,本文还将皮带自动配料系统的功能在上位机中进一步扩展,便于用户的操作和管理。
最终,用户不仅可以在现场操控整个配料过程,同时也可以在上位机的监控界面监控及管理整个系统的运行,对系统进行远距离操控。
