摘要:随着远洋运输行业的快速发展,船用柴油发电机的使用越来越普遍。船用柴油发电机的工作原理是将机械能转变为电能的,使用柴油做为燃料带动发电机从而实现供电。船用柴油发电机主要用于实现全船动力、通讯、生活照明等方面的供电,尤其在远洋运输业快速发展的今天,其重要性不言而喻。但是由于船用柴油机的一些固有缺陷,其中最常见的就是由于主机转速变化导致的输出电压不稳定,所以对船用柴油发电机的运行过程进行监控是有重要意义的。通过设计一款船用柴油发电机组检测系统,对机组运行的工况进行检测控制,可以提高船用柴油发电机组运行的可控性与稳定性。提高船用发电机检测系统的技术指标和控制理论的研究一直没有停止,实现检测的自动化和网络化是柴油发电机自动控制发展的必然趋势。PLC(可逻辑控制编程器)就广泛运用在自动控制系统中,PLC作为整个检测系统的控制核心,本文选用s7-200编制一套基于PLC控制的船用柴油发电机组检测系统对柴油发电机运行各个过程进行控制。
本文主要对柴油机的一些主要运行参数进行检测监控,并且具有报警与停机功能,在实际运行中能极大提高系统稳定性与可控性。通过设计以PLC为核心的船用柴油发电机组检测系统,达到了对柴油发电机工作过程的控制标准,对于提高船用发电机组的运行稳定性具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of the ocean transportation industry, the use of Marine diesel generators is becoming more and more common. A Marine diesel generator works by turning mechanical energy into electricity, using diesel as a fuel to power generators to power generators. Marine diesel generator is mainly used to implement the whole ship dynamic lighting, communications, life aspects such as power supply, especially in the ocean-shipping industry rapid development today, its importance is self-evident. But due to some inherent defects of Marine diesel engine, one of the most common is due to host speed change of the output voltage is not stable, so to monitor the operation process of Marine diesel generator is significant. Through the design of a Marine diesel generator set examination system, the control of the unit running condition for testing, can improve the stability and controllability of Marine diesel generator set to run. To improve the technical index of the Marine engine test system and control theory research has never stopped, to realize the automatic detection and network is the inevitable developing trend of diesel generator automatic control. PLC (programming logic control unit) is widely used in the automatic control system, PLC as the control core of the whole detection system, this paper selects the s7-200 compiled a set of Marine diesel generator set detection based on PLC control system to control the diesel generator to run the process.
In this paper, some main operation parameters of diesel engine test monitoring, and alarm and stop function, and can greatly improve the system stability and controllability in actual operation. Through the design with PLC as the core of saving diesel generating set detection system to achieve the control standard of the working process of the diesel generator, Marine generator set for improving stability is of great significance.
