摘要: 钢铁工业的发展越来越迅速,老式的推钢式加热炉已经渐渐淡出人们的视线。取而代之的步进式加热炉有了不俗的发展,尤其是在节能效果上,步进式加热炉比推钢式加热炉更具优势,运料更加灵活,能够应对各种大小不同的工件,进一步提升产品质量。本次毕业设计的题目是产量为40t/h的步进式加热炉,首先通过查阅资料学习了解关于步进式加热炉的基本信息,再分析步进式加热炉的各主要结构和燃料特征制定了设计计划。本次设计的计算部分首先要进行燃料燃烧的计算再计算热交换和金属加热的问题,然后根据各段加热时间计算炉膛主要尺寸以及炉子的热平衡计算,烧嘴和换热器结构形式的选择。最后计算烟道系统管路阻力与烟囱的设计,从而完成整个设计过程。通过本次设计学习到了加热炉未来的发展方向,并且能巩固专业知识为将来打下基础。

The Design of the Walking Beam Furnace 

Abstract: With the development of iron and steel industry, pushing reheating furnace of steel has gradually quit the stage of history. While stepping furnace obtained great development, step by step heating furnace relative to push the steel furnace energy saving effect is more obvious, more flexible cloth, can handle various artifacts of different size, improved product quality. The topic of this graduation design is output of 40t/h reheating furnace. Firstly, through access to information to learn about stepping type heating furnace of basic information, re analysis of the step type heating furnace of the main structure and fuel characteristics developed the design plan. The calculation of the design is first fuel calculation on heat and metal heating furnace heat exchanger, then according to the different heating time calculation of main dimensions of the furnace and furnace heat balance calculation, burner and heat exchanger structure form selection. At last, the design of the resistance and chimney of the flue system is calculated, and the whole design process is completed. Through the design of the heating furnace to learn the future direction of development, and can consolidate the professional knowledge for the future lay the foundation.
