摘要本文以“飞思卡尔”杯全国大学生智能车竞赛为背景,通过分析研读“飞思卡尔比赛细则”的内容确定了基于16位MCU电磁导引智能车控制系统的硬件设计总体方案,利用电磁传感器对赛道进行路径识别达到自动导航独立行走的目的。硬件系统由十大模块组成,包括单片机核心控制模块、电源管理模块、电磁传感器模块、舵机驱动模块、电机驱动模块、编码器测速模块、坡道检测模块、人机接口模块、无线通信模块和终点信号检测模块。根据EMC理论设计整个电路的PCB板,以保证最终整个智能车的运动特性以及稳定性。实验结果表明,系统性能优良,满足设计要求。67251

Title Design and Realization of Smart car for The Eighth Freescale Cup Smart Car Content——Hardware Design of the Electromagnetic Sensor Guidance Intelligent Vehicle Control System
Abstract
Based on the eighth “freescale” cup national smart car competition and “the eighth freescale game rules”, an vehicle control system guided by intelligent electromagnetic is determined. In order to achieve the purpose of the automatic navigation walking independently, the path recognition of the electromagnetic sensor is used. Micro-controller core control module, power management module, the electromagnetic sensor module, servo driver module, motor drive module, the encoder ramp speed measuring module, detection module, man-machine interface module, wireless communication module and signal detection module is included in the hardware system. In order to ensure the stability of the car system, all the circuit of PCB is designed according to the theory of EMC. The experimental results show that the system has good performance and meets the design requirements.
