摘要:锅炉是一种应用最广的热能装置,人们通常将燃料比喻做工业的“粮食”,那么锅 炉就相当于工业的“肠胃”。目前,工业锅炉是能源转换和能源消耗的重要设备。为了保 证锅炉的安全、经济运行,锅炉的水位、温度、压力、流量都要严格的控制,不应该有较 大的波动,应该严格控制在一个精确的范围内,只有这样才能安全生产。工业锅炉是能源 转换和消耗的重要设备,对锅炉的水位、温度、压力、流量都要严格的控制,不仅能够提 高产品质量,改善操作人员的工作环境和条件,而且可以使锅炉燃烧效率最佳。73211

过热蒸汽温度控制系统是单元机组不可缺少的重要组成部分,其性能和可靠性已成为 保证单元机组安全性和经济性的重要因素。过热蒸汽温度较高时,机组热效率则相对较高, 但过高时,汽机的金属材料又无法承受,气温过低则影响机组效率。过热蒸汽温度的稳定 对机组的安全经济运行非常重要,所以对其控制有较高的要求。但是由于过热蒸汽温度是 一个典型的大迟延、大惯性、非线性和时变性的复杂系统。通过比较简单单回路控制系统 和串级控制系统的优缺点,本次设计采用串级控制以提高系统的控制性能。通过使用该系 统,可以使得锅炉过热器出口蒸汽温度在允许的范围内变化,并保护过热器营壁温度不超 过允许的工作温度。

Abstract:Boiler is a kind of the most widely used heat device, what do people usually do the comparison of fuel industrial food, stomach is equivalent to the boiler industry。 At present, the industrial boiler is an important equipment for energy conversion and energy consumption。 In order to guarantee safe and economic operation of the boiler, the boiler water level, temperature, pressure and flow rate should be strictly controlled, there should be no large fluctuations, strict control should be within the scope of a precise, only in this way can the safety production。 Industrial boiler is one of the important equipment, energy conversion and  consumption  of boiler water level, temperature, pressure, flow rate should be strictly controlled, can not only improve the quality of products, improve the working environment and conditions of the operating personnel, and can make the best boiler combustion efficiency。

The superheated steam temperature control system is an important and indispensable unit airc rew part, its performance and reliability has become ensure safety and economic behavior of the unit aircrew important factors。 The superheated steam temperature is higher, the thermal efficien cy is relatively high, but is high, the metal materials and the turbine unable to bear, the temperat ure is too low will influence the unit efficiency。 The superheated steam temperature stability of t he unit safe and economic operation is very important, so for the control have higher requiremen ts。 But because the superheated steam temperature is a typical time-delayed, large inertia, nonlin ear and changeable complex system, this design USES the cascade control in order to improve t he control performance of the system, in the system by the master-cascade control of switching device, make the system can be used in different working environment。 By using this system, ca n make the boiler overheating export steam temperature in allowed within the scope of the chan ge, and the protection of superheater wall temperature not more than allow the camp of working temperature。
