摘要最近的十几年中,煤炭的购买率和消耗量处于高速增加的阶段,是因为中国的经济发展不断提升,特别是近期,煤炭价格一直处于上涨的阶段,因此,煤炭产量需要得到提高。然而,在实际的煤炭生产当中,安全事故不断发生。在我国,每年有近万人在煤矿灾难中死去,所以我们必须要对煤矿安全开采的问题加以重视。导致矿难频发的因素非常多,但通过调查得知,瓦斯是造成这一现象的最大因素。73707

本次设计是基于单片机的煤矿瓦斯监测系统设计的研究,选用AT89S52单片机作为系统的核心部分,还包括了甲烷传感器、A / D转换芯片、LCD液晶显示器和其他部分。最终的要求是要使系统能够识别甲烷气体,做到阈值情况下的报警提醒以及显示监测系统中的气体浓度。系统会将气体的组成部分和各部分的浓度含量等一系列信息转换为电信号,再将电信号传输到系统终端,通过判断,实现系统的监测和报警。到目前为止,多数人群还是使用人工手动操作的方式测试气体传感器,因此,为了提高监测系统的高效性,并保证煤矿开采的安全性,我们需要创造出一种智能化传感器测试设备。这一次的设计,主要是通过Protel软件设计电路。总的来说,本次设计本着方便实用的原则,除了能够完成检测系统的基本功能,更是有望减少并杜绝煤矿瓦斯带来的危害。

Microcontroller-based Mine Gas Monitoring System

Abstract Recent decade, the purchase rate and consumption of coal in high speed increase stage, because China's economic development, especially in the near future, coal prices have been rising stage, therefore, coal production needs to be improved。 However, in the actual coal production safety accidents occur repeatedly。 In China, every year, nearly ten thousand people died in the disaster in coal mine, so we must be attention to the mining of coal mine safety problem。 Lead to mine frequent factors very much, but through the investigation, the gas is one of the biggest factors contribute to this phenomenon。

This design is the research of coal mine gas monitoring system based on single chip design, selection of AT89S52 single chip microcomputer as the core part of the system, also including the methane sensor, A/D conversion chips, LCD monitors and other parts。 The final requirement is to make the system can recognize methane gas, achieve the threshold value of alarm to remind and display the gas concentration monitoring system。 System will be part of the gas and the concentrations of each part and a series of information is converted to electrical signals, then the transmission of electrical signals to the system terminal, through the judgment, to realize system monitoring and alarm。 So far, most people still use manual operation way of test gas sensor, therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of monitoring system, and guarantee the safety of coal mining, we need to create an intelligent sensor test equipment。 The design of this time, mainly by Protel software circuit design。 In general, the design based on the principle of convenient and practical, in addition to being able to complete the basic function of the detection system, is expected to reduce and eliminate the harm done by the gas。
