摘要输煤系统是整个电厂发电系统中的一个主要组成部分,该系统一般由卸煤、储煤、上煤和配煤几个部分组成,整个输煤系统是电厂十分重要的支持系统。该系统的特点是组成设备多,设备位置分散、并且各个设备之间联锁关系强。由于传统的输煤系统设计自动化水平不高,经常发生堆煤阻塞、皮带撕裂等故障,这些故障影响电厂的生产效率,传统的输煤系统已经不能满足电厂的发展需求。而现代的输煤系统一般采用可编程控制器为主要控制设备来实现对整个工艺过程的控制。因为PLC功能强、抗干扰能力强、可靠性高、环境适应性好且易实现机电一体化,因此它在工业上的应用越来越广泛。75145

本文充分考虑了输煤系统运行的可靠性,在此基础上,设计了一条两路多段互为备用的输煤系统。为实现该输煤系统的控制,本文主要采用皮带控制。本设计基于SIMATIC S7-200系列PLC进行了输煤控制系统方案的设计,因为SIMATIC S7-200系列的PLC可靠性高、稳定性好、操作灵活方便。

Automatic Handling System Belt Power Plant Control System Design

Abstract Coal handling system is a main part of the whole power generation system and the system in general by the coal unloading, storage of coal, coal and coal blending part composition, the coal handling system is very important support system of the power station。 The system is characterized by the composition of equipment, equipment location, and the interlocking relationship between the various devices。 Due to the traditional coal handling system design automation level is not high, often occur coal pile block and the belt tear fault, these faults affect the plant's production efficiency, traditional coal transfer system has been unable to meet the demand of the development of the power plant。 The coal handling system generally adopts modern programmable controller as the main control equipment to achieve control of the whole process。 Because of the strong function of PLC, strong anti-interference ability, high reliability, good environmental adaptability and easy to achieve mechanical and electrical integration, so it is more and more widely used in industry。

Considering the reliability of the operation of coal transportation system, on the basis of design a two-way mutual standby coal handling system。 In order to realize the control of the coal handling system, this paper mainly adopts belt control。 The design based on SIMATIC S7-200 series PLC were coal conveying control system scheme design, because of the SIMATIC S7-200 series PLC high reliability, good stability, flexible and convenient operation。
