摘要当今生产生活中电机应用于各个领域,为了满足复杂系统的设计要求,所以在发展的过程中直流调速逐渐被交流调速所取代。随着电力电子技术的发展,交流调速系统得到很大的发展,而且电机的控制技术也得到了改善。为了满足设计的要求,本文研究并设计了双PWM控制系统。75148

本课题首先介绍了双PWM 控制技术的发展与研究的进展,由于使用双PWM控制技术,引导出双PWM控制包括整流器与逆变器两个部分。经过对整流器与逆变器的数学模型建立,设计出完整的双PWM系统。在整流器中使用空间矢量控制技术(SVPWM),并采用PI调节器来设计转速外环、电流内环,使得系统能够满足快速性的同时并具有抗干扰的能力。在系统的逆变部分由于被设计为五电平逆变电路,这样会产生很多的空间矢量不利于系统SVPWM算法的实现,所以最终使用了SPWM控制技术。

系统的硬件设计选取TMS320F28335 DSP作为系统的控制核心,需要分别设计主电路,控制电路,检测电路以及保护电路等。软件主要是在DSP中进行编程,可以使用CCS3。3编程软件对DSP进行控制。软件模块主要包括主程序的编写、中断程序的软件流程图设计。

然后在MATLAB/Simulink建立系统的仿真模型。观察改变系统的频率和负载状况时,示波器上显示的波形的变化。对比改变前后示波器上波形的变化,分析波形的变化得出结论。

Research on frequency conversion timing system based on double PWM control technology

Abstract Now production and life of motor were used in various fields, in order to meet the requirements of complex systems, so the DC speed control has been replaced by AC speed in the process of development。 With the development of power electronic technology, AC speed control system has been greatly developed, and the motor control technology has been improved。 In order to meet the design requirements, this paper studied and designed a dual PWM control system。

This topic first introduces the development of double PWM control technology and research progress, because using double PWM control technology, the introduction of dual PWM control includes two parts of the rectifier and inverter。 After the mathematical model of rectifier and inverter is established, a complete dual PWM system is designed。 Space vector control technology (SVPWM) is used in the rectifier, and the PI regulator is used to design the speed outer loop and current inner loop, which makes the system can meet the fast performance and has the ability to resist interference。 In the system of the inverter is designed to be five level inverter circuit, which will produce a lot of space vector is not conducive to the realization of the system SVPWM algorithm, so the final use of the SPWM control technology。

This design selects TMS320F28335 DSP as the core of the system, which needs to design the main circuit, control circuit, detection circuit and protection circuit。 Software is mainly in the DSP programming, you can use the CCS3。3 programming software to control the DSP。 The software module mainly includes the preparation of the main program, the software flow chart of the interrupt system。

Then build the simulation model of system in MATLAB/Simulink。 Changing the frequency and load of the system, the change of the waveform displayed on the oscilloscope。 Before and after the change of the oscilloscope waveform changes, analysis of the changes in the waveform to draw conclusions。
