摘要铁路信号远程控制系统是以远程控制技术即遥信、遥控和遥测三种技术为基础构成的系统。分散自律调度集中是铁路信号远程控制系统中最为基础和重要的领域之一。它是是调度中心对某一调度区段的信号设备进行集中控制、对列车运行直接指挥和管理的技术装备。随着现代科技的发展和信息化技术的进步,我国己经进入应用和逐步优化改进分散自律CTC系统的发展阶段,而分散自律CTC系统功能的改进或优化都将推动远程控制系统的发展与应用程度。75963
本文主要采用宝成铁路的一段线路作为研究对象并以此进行远程控制系统的设计。本文首先简要介绍了中国列车运行控制(CTCS)和调度集中系统(CTC),然后对分散自律调度集中系统(FZ-CTC)的基本原理、特点和功能进行了重点的介绍。然后本设计对网络系统进行构建并选定网络拓扑结构,接着给出各车站计算机对应的IP地址。最后根据上述设计内容完成了对系统数据传输通道的设计、网络设备的连接、分散自律CTC设备的连接、分散自律CTC与其它设备接口的连接等几个方面的研究和分析。分析结果表明基于宝成铁路的铁路信号远程控制系统可以实现,软件设计也可以正常运行。

Signal Remote Control System
Abstract Railway Signal remote control system is based on remote control technology that is remote signal, remote control and telemetry systems for the three techniques based composition。Scattered self-discipline dispatcher centralization is one of the most basic and important fields in railway signal remote control system。It is a signal device of the dispatching center for a certain dispatching section to control the operation of the train direct command and management of technical equipment。 With the advances in modern technology and the development of information technology, the country has entered the application and the progressive improvement of the optimization stage of development FZ-CTC system, and improved or optimized FZ-CTC system functions are to promote the development and application of remote control system degree。
This paper uses some Baoji-Chengdu railway line as the research object and use it to design a remote control system。This article first briefly introduced the Chinese train operation control (CTCS) and centralized dispatching system (CTC), then the scattered self-discipline scheduling centralized system (FZ-CTC) focuses on the basic principle, characteristics and functions are introduced。Then this design is first to build network system construction and network topology selected, and each station computer assignment corresponds to the IP address。Finally, according to the content of the design completed the design of system data transmission channel, network equipment connection, FZ-CTC equipment connected, FZ-CTC interface with other devices connected to several aspects of research and analysis。 The results show that the remote control system based Railway Signal Baocheng Railway can be implemented, the software design can also be run properly。
