摘要:随着社会的发展、经济的进步、人民生活水平的提高,环境问题逐渐凸显出来,污水处理也变得越来越重要。近些年我国自动化技术和污水处理工艺发展迅速,为提高污水处理的质量和效率,设计一套污水处理监控系统具有十分重要的意义。本文论述了污水处理的常用工艺和相关流程,并通过研究设计了一套基于PLC的污水处理自动化系统。本套系统主要包括PLC的程序设计和组态监控图的设计两个部分,可以实现对中小型城市污水处理过程的自动控制和实时监控。系统主要由PLC、进水泵、集水池、鼓风机、储泥罐、滗水器等组成,分为自动和手动两种控制模式,通过PLC的梯形图程序实现对系统的控制,监控界面使用组态软件设计,实现了对系统工作状态的实时监控与手动远程控制,完成了系统的自动运行。76742

Abstract: With the development of society, the progress of economy and the improvement of people's living standards, environmental problems gradually emerged, sewage treatment has become more and more important。 In recent years, China's automation technology and the rapid development of wastewater treatment technology, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of sewage treatment, design a set of sewage treatment monitoring system has a very important significance。 This paper discusses the common process of sewage treatment process, and through the research based on a set of automation system of sewage treatment PLC design。 This system mainly includes two parts: the design of PLC program design and configuration monitoring map, automatic control and real-time monitoring can be achieved for small and medium sized city sewage treatment process。 System mainly consists of PLC, water pump, set pool, blowers, storage clay pots, decanter and composition, pided into both automatic and manual control mode, realize the system controlled by PLC ladder diagram program, monitoring interface using configuration software design, realizes the system working state real-time monitoring and manual remote control, completes the automatic operation of the system。
