摘 要:现代社会的发展,对称重技术提出了更高的要求。人们一直期待测量准确、携带方便、价格低廉的便携式家用电子秤。
本课题设计了一个以AT89C52单片机为核心的电子秤,按照设计的基本要求,系统主要由数据采集模块、单片机控制模块、显示模块和量程超限报警模块等部分组成。该系统采用高灵敏度的电阻应变式称重传感器采集重量信号,经过信号调理电路放大处理后,采用A/D转换芯片ADC0832将结果转换为数字形式,传递至单片机,由软件进一步处理后得到体重,最终通过LED显示系统显示数据。同时本系统还具有量程超限报警功能,可以防止超量程损坏电子秤。76752
本文设计的家用电子秤基本上实现了测重的基本功能。具备使用方便,直观,测量精确,成本低等特点,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:The development of modern society has put higher request are on weighing technology。 Over the years, people have been looking forward to accurate measurement, easy to carry, inexpensive portable electronic scales on the market。
This paper designs a AT89C52 microcontroller as the core of the electronic weighing system, according to the basic requirements of the design。 The system is mainly by the data acquisition module, control module, display module and range limit alarm module composition。 The system with high sensitivity of resistance strain type weighing sensor signal is the weight of the acquisition, after signal conditioning circuit process by use of A/ D conversion chip ADC0832 converts the result into digital form and is transmitted to the MCU。 After further processing by the software are measured the amount of weight, finally through the LED display system displays the data。 At the same time, the system also has the function of measuring the range, which can prevent the damage of the super range。
In this paper, the design of the electronic basically realized the basic function of electronic scale。 The utility model has the advantages of convenient use, intuition, accurate measurement, low cost, etc。, and has certain practical value。
