摘要:精馏塔是化工和石油生产中的重要设备,可对两种或多种混合物进行分离,它的工作原理是利用混合物间挥发度的不同进行混合物的分离。本文前期主要介绍了精馏塔生产的工作原理、工艺流程以及精馏塔生产的控制要求,以工业组态软件及智能调节器为平台设计精馏塔温度控制系统。设计监控系统流程界面,包括实时曲线、历史曲线、控制程序;后期在熟悉精馏塔的工艺流程和控制要求的情况下,对精馏塔的扰动进行了分析,确定了以回流量为控制变量、以塔顶温度为被控变量,利用PLC智能调节器设计精馏段温度控制系统,具体确定了PLC控制器的选型、控制阀的选型、梯形图以及控制程序。最后对控制程序进行仿真,通过与前期仿真结果进行对比分析,控制效果有了进一步的提升,提高了系统的抗干扰能力和控制能力,从而有效的提高了产物纯度,达到了控制系统设计的目的。80811

Design of Temperature Control System for Distillation Section of Distillation Column
Abstract:Distillation column is an important equipment in chemical and petroleum production。 which can separate two or more mixtures。 It separates the mixtures by the difference of volatile between the mixtures。 In this paper,you can know the working principle of the distillation column , the process flow and the control requirements of the distillation tower。 The temperature control system of the distillation tower is designed with the industrial configuration software and the intelligent regulator as the platform。 The process interface of the monitoring system is designed, including the real-time curve, the historical curve and the control program。 After the process and control requirements of the distillation column are familiar with, the disturbance of the distillation column is analyzed, The temperature control system of the rectifier is designed by using the PLC intelligent regulator, and the selection of the PLC controller, the selection of the control valve, the ladder diagram and the control program are determined。 Finally, the control program is simulated and compared with the previous simulation results。 The control effect is further improved, the anti-jamming ability and the control ability of the system are improved, which effectively improves the product purity and achieves the purpose of the control system design。
