摘要: 本文主要基于电梯结构与PLC控制原理,设计了控制系统硬件和软件及配置监控软件上位计算机监控。主要实现了轿箱升降、自动平层、自动开关门、顺向响应轿箱内外呼梯信号、到站提示音、直驶、安全运行保护等功能,该系统结构简单,故障率低,运行时节约能源,社会与经济效益良好,并可实时监控电梯运行状态,节约了电梯维护维修成本,PLC良好的抗干扰能力使得它在电梯控制中应用广泛。电梯自动控制系统的工作原理是:由现场发出控制信息到PLC的输入端,PLC的控制柜根据客户端发送的要求信息驱动设备。电梯设备根据要求完成动作,本文选用了西门子S7-200系列PLC。82408
